Before taking this class I thought all edits were just the same. To me it just meant commenting on someone’s writing whether it was specific or it was broad. Now hearing the terms global and local edits makes more sense to me. While I was peer reviewing, I tried to focus on the whole essay and not just the nitty gritty details.
