The clinical exemplar includes examples of great communication, delegation, and self-care between a healthcare team and a patient. The healthcare team worked together in an efficient manner to provide the best care to the patient. The nurse and the healthcare team supported the patient through every decision that was made and made sure that the patient got the results that she wanted.
