I think that I have learned a lot from that this group paper. I learned that collaboration is one of the most important aspects when working with a team. Every team member will bring something new to the group that can help further everyone’s learning. I think when it comes to collaboration and a healthcare it is critical that all team members participate in order to provide the best care for the patient. Another thing that I learned during this group project is how to properly communicate with my team members. It’s important for everyone to speak their mind and be heard. What worked well for our group was that we all sat down and wrote the paper together, which made it easier to communicate with each other. We were able to bonce ideas off of each other in order to get our point across in the paper. Communication is another important aspect when it comes to the healthcare team. The team has to communicate on the patient’s status to make sure that the interventions have a proper effect or if the patient is declining. This paper required a lot of communication and collaboration in order to make sure that it got the point across. I think that a lot of the aspects that were taken into consideration when writing the paper play a huge role when it comes to providing care for a patient.
