After rereading and looking over my essay I’ve come to realize that I use many addition words in my writing. I think that the one I use most often is “and” because I still have more to say in a sentence, but I think that I shouldn’t use it as often. I also use “these” and “that” too often, which can actually complicate my essay. I think that it creates some confuse because I’m not being specific with those words. I did use some cause and effect words that created a nice transition in my essay. There were also some sentences that I used contrast and conclusion words, when I was comparing two things or wrapping an idea up. Overall, I did use some of these devices in my writing, but I should be more careful of which ones I use more than others. In my next essay I should incorporate more of these words to have smooth transitions or just have new words at the beginning of a sentence.
